Since the beginning! I started the Advanced Health Training movement back in 2015 and haven't once looked back. This year marks 9 years for us!
Growing up in a family where exercise and eating right were important parts of life, I wanted to share with others how good it feels to be active and live a healthy lifestyle. The healthiest you is the best you!
I believe in a holistic approach to fitness. It's not just about the physical aspect; it's about fostering a positive mindset and creating sustainable, enjoyable routines that clients can maintain in the long run. Our goal is for our clients to improve their daily lives by having a stronger, more agile, and pain-free body.
I'm a big fan of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It's efficient, effective, and keeps both the body and mind engaged. Plus, the variety it offers makes every session exciting. I also love playing tennis and golf.
Witnessing the transformation – not just in physical appearance but in confidence and overall well-being. It's incredibly rewarding to be part of someone's journey to a healthier lifestyle.
Understanding each client's unique motivation is key. I tailor my approach to align with their goals, provide constant encouragement, and celebrate every milestone, no matter how small. By building a personal relationship with our clients, we can help them make living a healthy lifestyle part of their daily lives.
Consistency is key. Small, sustainable changes over time lead to significant results. Don't focus on perfection; focus on progress. Just keep going!
I bring a personalized touch to each session. By understanding a client's preferences, limitations, and aspirations, I can create a customized workout plan that resonates with them on a deeper level. Being a private studio allows us to eliminate the intimidating gym atmosphere and tailor our workouts to our clients' goals and needs.
Continuous learning is crucial. I attend workshops, read the latest research, and collaborate with other professionals. Staying curious and open-minded helps me bring the best to my clients. By practicing what I preach, I am able to constantly motivate and challenge my clients to be their best.
I'm an avid hiker and have a goal to conquer the top trails in the region. Exploring nature not only keeps me physically active but also provides a mental reset. I am a dad, husband, and golf enthusiast.
If I were a superhero, I'd want the power of "Metabolic Boost." Imagine being able to rev up anyone's metabolism with a simple touch – the ultimate fitness intervention!
I have a weakness for chocolate chip cookies on Saturday nights. Balancing it with a healthy lifestyle involves savoring them as an occasional treat, coupled with a few extra minutes of cardio. Everything in moderation! Occasionally having a treat keeps you from burning out and sticking with things long term.
Being part of Advanced Health Training allows me to work alongside a team that shares the same passion for health and wellness. The supportive community, both among trainers and clients, creates an inspiring environment. Our Saturday boot camp is one of the best hours of the week. We average 15-20 people each Saturday, and seeing everyone work out together is truly awesome!
