Bryan focused on eating in a caloric deficit (less than your body needs). Most of his diet consists of fruits, vegetables and lean protein sources like chicken breast and cottage cheese. He does 2 personal training sessions a week with his wife and daughter with the goal mainly being strength training. His metabolism has skyrocketed, and he couldn’t be more proud of his hard work.
